Kevin joined the organization in November 2014, and brings considerable experience in data security, managed technology services, and high-growth technology companies.
From 2003 through 2007, Kevin was Chairman and CEO of Verid, a SaaS-based application that provides remote identity verification services to financial institutions. Kevin led the company’s sale to RSA, the security division of EMC.
From 1998 through 2014, Kevin was the co-founder and Managing Director of C/max Capital. While at C/max Capital, Kevin led the firm’s investments in About.com (taken public then sold to Primedia), Adjoined Consulting (sold to Kanbay), Verid (sold to EMC), Concordia (sold to Kadmon), and KMC Software. Kevin helped co-found KMC Software, a SaaS-based recruiting tool, in 2009, and led the company’s product launch in 2011. Kevin also served as the acting-CFO of About.com, leading the company’s $86 million initial public offering and helped About.com form its business-to-business unit as the CEO of About Industry.
Prior to C/max, Kevin worked as an investment banker in the technology groups of Dean Witter Reynolds and UBS Securities in New York.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Cornell University.

Since 2014, Jay has served as Netsurion’s Chief Operating Officer where he drives the company’s core operational strategies. Jay brings more than 30 years of strategic and hands-on operations experience leading dynamic growth-oriented technology services businesses. Before joining Netsurion, Jay served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Alteva, Inc., a publicly traded provider of cloud-based unified communication solutions, acquired by Momentum Telecom and as Senior Vice President of Operations at Verid, a SaaS provider of identity verification services, acquired by RSA. Prior, Jay worked for Equitrac Corporation, a market leader in intelligent print and cost management solutions, and also ran in-house IT services for two large law firms.
Jay also serves as an independent consultant for start-ups and emerging technology businesses, providing guidance on operational issues and growth strategies.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach.

John Addeo brings over two decades of enterprise IT and cybersecurity experience and innovation as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Netsurion. He is passionate about businesses and partners addressing real-world challenges like staffing shortages and cybersecurity gaps with best-in-class managed XDR solutions. He has extensive experience in cloud computing and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, cybersecurity, attack surface reduction, and managed services.

Mark joined the company in 2016, and brings more than 20 years of progressive cross-industry IT leadership to the role. He oversees Netsurion’s engineers who build, manage, and monitor the company’s internal systems and technology. He most recently served as CTO of Swiss Watch International, following management roles at AOL, Chico’s FAS, Winn-Dixie, and Luxottica Retail. Throughout his corporate IT career, he has led significant business and technology transformation projects, including multi-year enterprise resource planning programs (SAP, Oracle, NSB) and e-commerce platform initiatives (IBM WCS, ATG, Magento). He has also directed large-scale POS implementations, business intelligence installations, and infrastructure migration programs.
After honorably serving his country for 20+ years, Mark retired from the military in 2016. His military career spanned 5 years in the Air Force as a Chinese Linguist Cryptographer; and included over 16 additional years in the Coast Guard Reserve as a Commissioned Officer from which he retired with the rank of Lieutenant Commander (LCDR/O4).
Mark received a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College in 1998; completed Reserve Officer Candidate Indoctrination at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy; and graduated from the Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) with an Intermediate Certification in Mandarin Chinese.

Rene joined the team in early 2016, and is responsible for all financial aspects of Netsurion’s business. He has more than 17 years of entrepreneurial tech startup experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Joinem LLC, a private e-commerce and technology startup. Rene was also the finance leader of Woot, the daily-deal pioneer where he played an integral part in its acquisition by Amazon.com. Throughout his career, he also held financial leadership roles with LaneLogic, Inc., a private SaaS technology startup, and Bimbo Bakeries, a leading commercial bakery company where he helped drive and manage change and process improvement during a period of rapid and expansive growth nationwide.
Rene received a Bachelor degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from St. Mary’s University, and an executive MBA from Southern Methodist University – Cox School of Business.

Susan joined the organization in December 2014, bringing 20 years of legal expertise through corporate in-house roles and litigation firms.
Prior to joining Netsurion, Susan served as corporate counsel for Bureau Veritas North America, the North American subsidiary of an international inspection and conformity assessment company. Prior to that, Susan worked as a trial attorney for litigation law firms in New York and Florida. She is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Florida.
Susan received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.

Ananth holds an MSEE from the University of Texas and remains active in strategic product direction for the Managed Open XDR platform at Netsurion.
